Fair Usage Policy (FUP) of LetMeGoo

This Fair Usage Policy (FUP) governs the appropriate and responsible use of the LetMeGoo mobile application (“LetMeGoo”, “the App”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) developed by Richinnovations Technologies Pvt. Ltd. By accessing or using LetMeGoo, users (“you”, “your”, “User(s)”) agree to comply with this Policy in addition to our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

The purpose of LetMeGoo is to provide a fair and community-friendly utility tool to reduce the inconvenience and severity of parking-related issues while respecting the rights, privacy, and dignity of all users. Misuse of the App in violation of this Policy will result in strict actions including account suspension or permanent deactivation.

1. Purpose of Use

LetMeGoo is intended solely as a utility application to assist in notifying vehicle owners about unevenly parked or blocking vehicles. Users must use the app fairly, responsibly, and lawfully. Any use beyond this intent is strictly prohibited.

2. Prohibited Conduct

Users are strictly prohibited from:

  • Sending inappropriate, abusive, obscene, or offensive messages or images through the app.
  • Uploading or sharing sensitive, explicit, or hurtful content that violates the dignity of other users.
  • Misusing the app for harassment, bullying, stalking, defamation, or any activity that violates applicable laws of India.

Any such violation may result in:

  • Immediate suspension of the user account.
  • Permanent deactivation of the violating user’s profile.
  • Reporting of the incident to law enforcement authorities or the Motor Vehicle Department, Kerala, if required.

3. Reporting and Retention of Violations

Users may report inappropriate messages or images through the in-app reporting feature. Reported messages and related data (including images) will be retained for a maximum of two (2) days only for investigation purposes. After two days, such data will be automatically and permanently erased from LetMeGoo servers and backups.

4. Sharing of Data with Authorities

In case of official requests, LetMeGoo reserves the right to share user reports, data, or images with the Motor Vehicle Department, Kerala Government or other authorized government bodies. Such sharing will be done only upon lawful demand and in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

5. User Responsibility

Users are expected to respect the dignity, rights, and privacy of other users of LetMeGoo. The company will not be held liable for any disrespectful, offensive, or unlawful conduct carried out by users. Users engaging in such behavior may be permanently removed from LetMeGoo’s records following investigation.

6. Privacy & Anonymity

LetMeGoo provides users with privacy settings to: hide their name, hide their contact number, and remain fully anonymous while still using the app’s features. All privacy settings are designed to respect user choice and confidentiality.

7. Account Deletion

Users have the right to permanently delete their LetMeGoo account at any time. Upon deletion, all associated data will be erased from active systems and backups in compliance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Enforcement of Policy

Any violation of this Fair Usage Policy may result in temporary suspension of account, permanent deactivation without prior notice, and reporting of the violation to concerned authorities. The decision of LetMeGoo regarding violations shall be final and binding.

9. Amendments

LetMeGoo reserves the right to amend, modify, or update this Fair Usage Policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the app after such changes shall be deemed acceptance of the updated policy.

10. Governing Law

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala.
